A peace of faith

After much time spent in thought about all the miraculous moving parts to this verse, the Holy Spirit revealed to me its core: we have peace with God. Everything else in this verse points to that truth. The interesting thing is that the only thing we do to achieve that peace with God is faith in what Jesus has done for us. Are you trying to make peace with God by any other action than faith? When was the last time that you put a focus on the Fruit of faithfulness?

1 Corinthians 13:13

And so faith, hope, love abide...

• love—true affection for God and man, growing out of God’s love for and in us

Author's Note: Part of the inspiration for this drawing came from  Craig Groeschel's book "Christian Atheist." In the last chapter, he explains a vision he was given where he saw three lines drawn in the sand. Through the wisdom of the Holy Spirit, he knew each line represented crossing over a threshold of faith.
Line 1: I believe in God and the gospel of Christ enough to benefit from it.
Line 2: I believe in God and the gospel of Christ enough to contribute comfortably to it.
Line 3: I believe in God and the gospel of Christ enough to give my life to it.
